A @kmart vac cleaner that started out as simply a blood pressure pill!
Today-- something happened that wasn't really a SENIOR moment, but it was def worth sharing-- I had two of those "God I know-- I hear you moments today" I will tell you about the other one tomorrow-- cause the tears will just flow--
Moment #1-- might get a little long, but I have to give you the details-- the Blessing is in the DETAILS! This morning (early)-- I had to hit the stores that had deals on stuff so I could purchase BINGO stuff for my BINGO crowd-- I stopped in +Kmart and was in an aisle just reading emails and waiting for some paper towels to be unloaded from the truck-- uh it never happened and it was going to be a GOOD deal, but God had a better deal for me- ok so to the point. A young lady walks up to me and says "Are you going to spend at least $15-- sure I guess, why?" She said that she needed some help purchasing her blood pressure medicine it was $7. See some of you think that $7 isn't any money, but to someone it is a lot of money-- and could be the difference between a headache and a stroke! So I said-- of course. She asked about the amount I was buying because she was going to do the transfer the RX thing and get a $25 gift card, but she needed to buy some milk and detergent-- I said girl yeah-- just let me know what you need. We completed everything and she came back with the card $13.91 left, I said thanks for allowing me to be a blessing to you. She kept apologizing and telling me she was embarrassed. I said-- Don't ever feel embarrassed when you are given the opportunity to allow someone to be a blessing-- and your obedience in asking me allowed your FAITH to be a little stronger. (See she came in with no $$ and believed God would work it out-- we never know how he may work it out) We hugged and she thanked me and I told her that I speak healing from the top of her head to the soles of her feet! I had a few items in my cart for our food pantry at church and saw a vacuum cleaner (now keep in mind I don't have enough carpet to really need a vacuum, but I heard a small still voice say scan it)-- it was a Kenmore and it said $50 clearance, I pulled it up on line and it said $99 not on sale-- I scanned it and voila $25 for it! Can I say blessed to be a blessing. I picked up two-- one for me and one to bless someone else. You see I am just crazy enough to believe that someone will call me and say I need a vacuum cleaner or hey one of my senior citizens may just get blessed with one! I said all of that to say-- stay in tune to every opportunity to help someone-- don't be so quick to try and diagnose the situation and just move!! Sometimes you may move and seems like you haven't done a thing, but sometimes it may just be the mountain someone was waiting for God to move! Every mountain isn't a HUGE one-- some are just mole hills with no FAITH!!!
