@bankofamerica who is your target customer? Not seniors or those who can't get out the car easily!

Dear Bank of America-- I have to ask how young or healthy is the person who decided that there was no longer a need to have a REAL LIVE person at the Drive thru.  Now I live in Rock Hill, SC and it very may not be in every city....so I will only talk about my BOA here.

I ask how young, and or healthy they are because it is OBVIOUS that the person who came up with the idea didn't think about anyone who may not be able to get in and out off a vehicle easily or without assistance.  I thank God that I am ABLE to get in and out of my car easily and can RUN in and out of the BOA, but what happens to those who can not?  Just last week I watched elderly people, and disabled people struggle to get in and out of cars, circle to look for handicapped parking and more just to go into the BANK to do business.  I helped a little lady and held the door for a little while for another.

Now you were nice enough to add another ATM lane that has a LIVE person talking through the screen-- I am sure that was to alleviate the above issue-- right?  Well not everyone can understand how to use an ATM or even get a LIVE person to come up on the screen.  You see, I am pretty computer savvy and I have tried the machine in the building and outside twice and once I got so frustrated I still had to go inside and talk to a LIVE person.-- you know a REAL LIVE person not a person inside of a box projecting onto a screen.

This new option says to me:  "You could careless about customers with out the ability to come inside, you could care less about anyone with the lack of ability to use a computer...and so much more. I understand TECHNOLOGY, but I also understand CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
